Get in Touch
Call us, fill out our online form or send an email with details about your project. The more you can tell us upfront, the quicker we can give you an accurate idea of cost and timescales.

Discussion and Quote
We review your requirements, ask any follow up questions and provide a clear, written quote. For larger jobs we may arrange a site visit so we can assess the work in person before pricing.

Work Carried Out
Our electricians carry out the agreed work to current BS 7671 wiring regulations. We keep the workspace tidy, communicate progress throughout and make sure everything is done right the first time.

Completion and Certification
Once the job is finished, we test everything, issue the appropriate electrical certificates and walk you through what has been done. Your paperwork is emailed for safekeeping.

Are you fully certified and insured?
LEM Electrical holds full public liability insurance and all our work is carried out to BS 7671 wiring regulations. We issue the appropriate electrical certificates on every job, including Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates and EICR reports.
Do you offer free quotes?
We do. For straightforward jobs we can usually provide a quote over the phone or by email. For larger or more complex projects such as rewires, solar PV installations or commercial work, we will arrange a free site visit to assess the job before pricing.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Chertsey, Surrey and cover the whole of Surrey, Greater London and surrounding areas including Berkshire, parts of Hampshire and South Buckinghamshire. If you are not sure whether we reach your area, call us and we will let you know.
Do you handle emergency call-outs?
We understand that electrical problems do not always happen during office hours. While we are not a 24/7 emergency service, we do our best to respond quickly to urgent issues such as power failures, burning smells or exposed wiring. Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can you issue electrical safety certificates?
Absolutely. We issue Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates and all Part P Building Regulations notifications. These are sent to you digitally for easy record keeping.
