ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website, creating an account, booking a class, or purchasing any
memberships, packages, or merchandise from Bar-Lates, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our website or
attend our studio sessions.

SERVICES AND ELIGIBILITY
Bar-Lates provides boutique fitness classes combining Pilates and barre methodologies,
both online and in-person. You must be at least 18 years of age, or at least 16 years of age
with explicit written parental or guardian consent, to register for an account and
participate in our classes.

HEALTH SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You represent and warrant that you are
in good physical condition and have no medical or health condition that would prevent
your safe participation in high-intensity fitness classes. You voluntarily assume all risks,
hazards, and consequences of injury resulting from your participation in activities at Bar-
Lates.

BOOKINGS AND ATTENDANCE
All classes must be reserved in advance through our booking platform. Space is strictly
limited. Arriving late may result in denial of entry for safety reasons. Bar-Lates reserves the
right to release unreserved spots to waitlisted participants at the start of class time.

MEMBERSHIPS PACKAGES AND INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
Introductory offers are strictly limited to new clients and may only be purchased once per
individual. Class packages and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable
except where required by law, and subject to specified expiration dates outlined at the
time of purchase.

PAYMENTS AND RECURRING BILLING
Recurring membership fees will be automatically billed to your designated payment
method on a recurring billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually) until cancelled. You are
responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time
to avoid losing the class credit or incurring a late cancellation fee. Membership
cancellations require advance notice as specified in your membership agreement terms.
All merchandise and service sales are final.

STUDIO CHANGES
Bar-Lates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, studio amenities, and
operating hours at any time without prior individual notice. We will make reasonable
efforts to notify clients of major schedule adjustments via our website or app.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You
agree not to misuse our website, harass other members or staff, or attempt unauthorized
access to our digital systems or physical studio premises.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Bar-Lates website and within our studios—including logos, trademarks,
workout sequences, branding, graphics, and software—is the exclusive intellectual
property of Bar-Lates and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Our platform may integrate with third-party providers for payment processing,
scheduling, or streaming. Bar-Lates is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices,
or terms of service of any third-party platforms.

Lates disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability,
