Mona and Friends runs entirely on the generosity of people who believe that no animal should suffer on the streets without food, care or love. Your donation goes directly to rescue operations, veterinary treatment, daily food and shelter costs, and the ongoing build of our permanent facility in Macedonia.

Every pound or euro donated to Mona and Friends is spent where it matters most. We use donations to cover the cost of emergency veterinary care for rescued animals, daily food and shelter, vaccinations, parasite treatment, spay and neuter procedures, and the long term development of our dedicated rescue facility. No administration fees eat into your contribution. Your money helps animals directly.

Every donation goes directly to animal care. This includes food, veterinary treatment, vaccinations, parasite control, shelter maintenance and the development of our permanent facility in Macedonia. We are a volunteer run organization with minimal overheads, so your contribution makes a real and direct difference to the animals in our care.
Can I make a regular monthly donation?
Yes. A regular monthly donation is one of the most helpful things you can do. It allows us to plan ahead, ensuring we always have enough resources to care for the animals currently in our shelter and to respond quickly when a new rescue arrives. Any amount, given monthly, makes a meaningful difference.
Can I donate supplies instead of money?
Absolutely. We gratefully accept donations of pet food, blankets, toys, cleaning supplies and veterinary products. Please get in touch through our contact page before sending items so we can confirm what we currently need most and arrange a suitable drop-off or delivery.
